In the proceeding pages, we provide further context on what we do, and provide some constructs on how we do it. While the delivery of services, and end product varies wildly (portals, crm, business applications, loyalty, promotor, SaaS warehouse, business intelligence etc) the methodology in how we deliver does not.
At Traction we believe in agile, but without it becoming unorganized. This means a 7-8 stage implementation process, each stage with an entry and exit gate. We believe in documenting requirements, in fact we use salesforce.com internally do accomplish this. We also believe in sharing knowledge with our customers throughout the implementation process, involving them in decision and thought process throughout the journey, so we can learn/leverage each other (customer/internally). We also believe in standing behind the work we do. This means, every customer get’s 30 days free support, for minor enhancements, additional training, 1:1 show me how it works’ etc.
